Meet Rosie

A Texas native, raised in Rockwall, Rosie attended the University of North Texas in
Denton where she met her husband, Conoley, while studying Fine Arts together. After
college, the two returned to his hometown of Taylor, where Rosie fell in love with the
welcoming small-towns of the Blackland Prairie. Since settling in Central Texas, Rosie
has spent most of those years in the dynamic, fast-paced world of hospitality
management and event production where she gained a sterling reputation for warm
customer service, keen business savvy and creative problem solving. As a natural born
social connector with a unique ability to relate to all walks of life, Rosie has devoted
countless hours to the promotion of Taylor’s small businesses, organized grassroots
disaster service efforts and hosted fundraising efforts for friends and neighborhood
alike. The opportunity to help friends and clients find their perfect piece of Texas is a
natural progression for this community minded entrepreneurial spirit.

Rosie has joined the Tierra Grande Team with the goal of growing and learning with a
group that shares her passion for community and investment in the people of the
Williamson County area.
